WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as Business Analytics & Process Optimization Lead, you will be part of our success by:
Working directly with the Kellogg North America Order to Cash Leadership team and Global Process Owner
Ability to anticipate business requirements in an every changing environment where baseline plans are subject to modification, anticipating requirements that will be needed in the future or that have not yet been considered
Identifying and communicating business and process opportunities, creating impactful visual representations of data insights to enable decision making.
Identifying cross-functional end to end trends through data analysis, coordinating resources required to address continuous improvement opportunities which will deliver efficiency and effectiveness
Cash Forecasting / budgeting and modeling
Providing direction and mentoring other order to cash teams in developing analytical skills, interpreting complex data, and creating strategic business recommendations
Involvement in cross functional initiatives and projects
