Discover what you can do at IBM.We are seeking a Cognitive Legal Senior (Sr.) Managing Consultant in the Financial Services practice who will be an advisor who can speak about the entire legal landscape with a client’s senior management or executive team. You should have depth of knowledge and experience with law firms and corporate counsel as well as experience with technology and the law. You should be familiar with artificial intelligence, eDiscovery, risk management, analytics, cloud, global privacy laws and regulations, and technology issues related to the law. As the Sr. Managing Consultant, you will provide subject matter expertise in the form of briefings, workshops, and/or consulting engagements within their domain that assess a client’s legal and technology capabilities as well as recommend solutions to enhance a client’s overall legal and technology capabilities. You will identify gaps in the current environment and recommend best practices or solutions to reduce client risk and increase their ability to deal with emerging risks to the organization. Also, will be an internal advisor to other IBM consultants and to clients. You will be expected to have the skills necessary to be the lead delivery Legal Subject Matter in engagements. This position is in the Global Business Services and not the IBM Legal Department. + 7 years’ experience leading large group as a primary facilitator presenting to C-Level.



+ 7 years’ experience working in a project based/client serving model



+ 5 years’ experience with delivering consulting engagements in to law firms or corporate legal departments



+ 5 years’ experience working with global and diverse teams in a dynamic environment.



+ 5 years’ experience driving client pursuits and engaging in complex deals



+ Ability to shape clients’ expectations.



+ Ability to work in a matrix management model.
