The mission of the nonprofit Monterey Bay Aquarium is to inspire conservation of the oceans. Everyone who works at the Aquarium plays a critical role in our organization. Guided by the principles of creativity, innovation and teamwork, our staff members work together to help people know more, care more and do more on behalf of the oceans.
