Let’s Build Something Together
Since 1946, home is what Lowe's has been all about - helping our customers improve their homes, while creating a world-class environment our employees are proud to call home.
These simple ideas have transformed Lowe's from a neighborhood hardware store into a
FORTUNE 50 ® company. But we're not finished. We're on our way to even bigger and better things.
Providing superior customer service requires superior people, and you could be just who we’re looking for.
An uncommon commitment to excellence; FORTUNE 50 ® performance, vision and leadership; industry-leading benefits and work/life programs; the chance to build a better future with one of America’s most recognized and respected companies. The question shouldn’t be “Why Lowe’s?” but rather, “Why would you want to work anywhere else?”
Why Lowe’s?
More than 210,000 skilled employees call Lowe’s home. They’ve found there’s no better place for dedicated people with the talent and tools to succeed. Take a closer look. We think you’ll like what you find too.
At Lowe’s, we’re proud to have built an employee family we feel is second to none. That’s why we offer an industry-leading benefits program that provides the protection, peace of mind and flexibility they need to build a better life – both at home and at work.

Our Goal
The behavior and actions that support diversity and inclusion come from the conviction of every Lowe's employee--making diversity and inclusion a conscious part of how we run our business, serve our customers, represent ourselves in the community, and treat each other.
Diversity
Diversity is the co-existence of many types of individuals in the workplace and community, with differing backgrounds, cultures and life experiences. Similarly, our homes are a combination of craftsmanship, products, expertise, and style. Like diversity, no one element stands out over another -- each contributes distinctly and harmoniously to the overall environment.
Inclusion
Inclusion is a state of being, where everyone has the opportunity to grow and succeed. Inclusion is about welcoming customers and improving communities, where Lowe's connects everyone through a common language of home improvement: products, services, and a workforce that is customer focused.
• We treat our customers, co-workers, communities, investors, and vendors with respect and dignity in all interactions.
• We offer employees of all backgrounds the opportunity to build their career.
• We will enhance the trust of our customers and the satisfaction of our employees through an inclusive environment.
• We will provide customer-valued solutions with the best prices, products and services to make Lowe's the first choice for home improvement.
