Meet the Team

Jill Stutzman-Deaner, Director

As the Director for GettingHired, Jill manages the day-to-day activities of the business as she oversees the areas of account management, marketing and business development. Jill’s diverse role allows her to have a footprint in all aspects of the business and make decisions directly impacting the bottom line.

Jill has had a lifelong desire to lead teams to success. As a successful athlete and high school coach, Jill’s passion for sports has provided her with a foundation to drive results and impact others around her. She has spent her career in education, business development and the non-profit sector. Throughout her journey, the connections she has made with individuals of all ages and abilities has been the most impactful.

Jill has a strong belief that differences in backgrounds, beliefs and abilities can only strengthen the world and that belief is what inspires her in the workplace. Jill’s daily inspiration to be her best self comes from the love of her son and wife.

Jovi Stevenson, Director, Diversity and Inclusion

As a Director of Diversity and Inclusion for GettingHired, Jovi serves as an integral part of the business development team, where she focuses on building long-term relationships strategically cultivated for the growth and evolution of the organization.

Her passion for diversity and inclusion is reflected in her involvement in external organizations such as serving as the Education Chair for the Tristate Diversity Council, member of SHRM Long Island Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Webinar Facilitator for the Institute of Diversity Certification, and presenter for the National Diversity Council’s Professional Development Series.

Jovi earned her BA from The Catholic University of America, and later went on to receive her MBA from Adelphi University. She is a certified Diversity Professional and a certified EEO Federal Investigator.

Jenny Pellegrino, Director of Diversity Talent Acquisition Solutions

Known as a trusted advisor in her field, Jenny brings more than 20 years of staffing industry experience to her role as Director of Diversity Talent Acquisition Solutions for GettingHired. Jenny is responsible for securing corporate partnerships with organizations that are proactive in helping people with disabilities find gainful employment in corporate America. She also attends conferences focused on diversity and inclusion, while contributing to marketing initiatives, blogs and research.

Prior to her current role, Jenny held various positions throughout GettingHired’s parent organization, Allegis Group.

Given her passion for job seekers with disabilities, Jenny made the move to GettingHired in 2013.

Jenny earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego. She also holds a SHRM certification in D&I.

Patrick Hodge, Business Development Manager

As Business Development Manager, Patrick is responsible for building market position by cultivating customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating and closing business deals. The position will provide the opportunity to help move GettingHired forward as the preeminent recruitment solution for professional individuals with disabilities.

He is a U.S. Army Veteran who is passionate about his six years in the service. Patrick is also directly connected to the disability space as he has family members suffering from cancer and learning disabilities.

Sarah Pullano, Account Manager

As an Account Manager for GettingHired, Sarah consults employers on how to create an inclusive workplace and organization for hiring individuals with disabilities through GettingHired’s full-service disability recruitment solution. As part of this solution, she facilitates GettingHired’s disability etiquette and awareness trainings for employers.

She is also a member of the All4 Diversity Council with GettingHired’s sister company, Allegis Global Solutions, which celebrates and raises awareness of diversity within the organization, and in the communities we serve.  

Sarah’s passion comes from her previous work as a teacher’s aide at a non-profit arts and education center for individuals with disabilities. In addition to helping facilitate theatre, dance, music, computer studies, and visual arts classes, Sarah also worked directly with one participant in the program. She attributes much of her passion for advocating for individuals with disabilities and helping them find gainful employment with employers to this experience, in addition to having family members with physical and neurological disabilities.

Lawrence Wilde, Account Manager

As an Account Manager for GettingHired, Lawrence works to build and maintain relationships between our employer partners and job seekers with disabilities.

Within his role, Lawrence drives strategic planning and goal setting with organizations regarding the implementation of GettingHired’s full-service disability recruitment solution, in order to help them become more inclusive employers. He is also responsible for veteran outreach and forming partnerships with veteran and non-profit organizations.

As an eight year Army veteran and someone who has had a speech impediment for over twenty years, Lawrence is passionate about bridging the gap between employers and job seekers. Outside of his work with GettingHired Lawrence spends time mentoring transitioning service members in order to help them effectively and efficiently find their next mission.

Kristen Bailey, Account Manager

As an Account Manager for GettingHired, Kristen works to build and maintain relationships between our clients and job seekers with disabilities. Within her role, Kristen consults with organizations regarding the implementation of GettingHired’s full-service disability recruitment solution, in order to help them become more inclusive employers. Kristen is also responsible for outreach to, and management of, multiple national community partnerships with colleges and universities to support their students with disabilities.

She attributes her passion for advocating for individuals with disabilities to her own life experiences. After being diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus and inflammatory disease in 2013, Kristen turned her focus to holistic health; she is a certified nutritionist who practices yoga and other forms of cultural and alternative therapies.

Leveraging both her personal and professional experiences, Kristen strives to become a subject matter expert on all things disability recruitment related.

Nicole Considine, Account Manager

As an Account Manager at GettingHired, Nicole provides disability-recruitment solution consultation for our employer partners to help them become more inclusive through hiring and retaining individuals with disabilities.

Within her role, Nicole’s primary focus is client services, driving strategic planning and goal setting in conjunction with meeting client specific needs. Nicole is also responsible for outreach to, and the management of national education and community partnerships with universities and colleges, as well as non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining the Allegis Group family, Nicole worked at the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults for as a Program Coordinator for the 4K for Cancer. The 4K for Cancer is a 70 day long bike ride journey that raises money, awareness and education for Young adults with cancer.  During her personal participation in 2013, she rode 4432 miles from Baltimore to Seattle with a team of 27 college aged students and partook in a number of cancer focused community service activities. Nicole recently completed her CrossFit Adaptive Training Course and looks forward to helping increase inclusion at CrossFit.

Mikaela Malumphy, Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, Mikaela develops and executes the Marketing strategy for GettingHired, an Allegis Group Company. Mikaela joined the Allegis Group family in 2012 and is excited about GettingHired’s mission to support people with disabilities within the workforce.

She is a first generation college student that graduated from Fairfield University in Connecticut. Mikaela is passionate about equal opportunity for people with disabilities as she has immediate family members and friends impacted by Multiple sclerosis (MS), Dyslexia, Cancer, Diabetes and Auditory Processing Disorder.
