This seeks a motivated Scientist/Engineer to join the Global Product Stewardship (GPS) team supporting Global Grooming – Shave Care as a North America Regulatory Affairs Manager. The primary role is to develop regulatory assessments and strategies in support of current business and new product initiatives. In addition, to maintain and support process/procedures to ensure the compliance of all product and retail package. The incumbent will monitor applicable regulations/standards and the competitive landscape and proactively advise on actions to be taken with regard to opportunities or threats.
Support current business for Grooming projects regionally
Provide regulatory strategy guidance to product teams including for claims, formulation and labeling
Partner cross functionally and cross category to support regulatory strategy, drive GPS discipline for consistency
Owner and accountable for category product knowledge, including regulatory challenges, and habits and practices in region
Ability to form strong partnerships with multiple customers and functions- globally
Have strong understanding or the ability to grow this understanding of regulations that govern product category
BS in a Life Sciences program with at least 5 years Regulatory experience OR
MS in a Life Sciences program with at least 2 years Regulatory experience
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
General Regulatory Affairs experience
MS Office skills
