We are looking for a highly motivated content producer (graphic design/animation) who is passionate about bringing the IBM brand to life through storytelling and social content. As part of the Corporate Social Practice, the content producer will be part of a creative team dedicated to developing content and stories for the flagship IBM social media properties.







Strong social experience within an agency or media company environment is preferred. A passion for social and a familiarity with the nuances and cutting edge developments across popular networks is a must. This individual should be able ­to manage multiple daily responsibilities while completing long-term tasks effectively. This role reports to the Manager, Corporate Social Practice, delivering on the following responsibilities: – Produce social content for flagship social channels, including GIFs, graphics, video titles and animations– Work with agency partners to direct production of photography, video and other projects– Oversees design language for social content– Applies expertise of social platforms to production of content– Applies brand experience, and user experience to everything– Effectively communicates conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually



– Collaborates well with others–stakeholders, technical teams, agency partners and other designersThis individual must excel at:



+ Distinguishing good design from bad, careless from well-conceived and crafted



+ Designing experiences across social media platforms



+ Problem solving and idea generation, effectively visualizing and creating concepts

This role is located in IBM offices in either Austin, TX, or New York City.



Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.Do work that matters.Discover your true potential.Be yourself.





+ Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop



+ Basic video editing skills



+ Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team of designers, filmmakers, creators, strategists, and agency partners



+ Openness to learning new skills and problem solving as a team to produce cutting-edge content
