Primary Responsibilities:


  • Identify and analyze possible mergers, acquisitions and divestitures

  • Prepare financial and economical analyses; including forecasts, budgets, cash flows and financial models for due diligence process

  • Work with senior leadership on all phases of the pre-merger process, and post - merger implementation

  • Positions in this function identify and analyze possible mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ plus years of related Mergers and Acquisitions experience

  • 3+ years of progressive financial modeling experience

  • Thorough understanding of DCF valuation methodology

  • Highly proficient with MS Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:


  • MBA

  • Healthcare industry experience
