The WW Services Managed Services Program Director will guide the creation and expansion of Lenovo Services across geographies and segments. This role requires a dynamic thought leader who is comfortable and effective at influencing across worldwide and regional leadership teams to ensure the business objectives and P&L targets are met. The role’s primary objective is to grow and expand Lenovo Managed Services and related offerings into large enterprise, global, and small/medium business segments.
This role requires both strategic thought and the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to drive informed decisions and targeted growth initiatives. This leader must be a change agent who can work with sales and geography leaders to instill Services into the Lenovo selling culture. Day to day activities will vary, but will center on expanding country footprint and capabilities, driving consistency, and developing and executing a strategic roadmap.
The Director should have 7-10+ years of experience in the technology industry and past experience dealing with end user customers across the entire sales and marketing life cycle. Ideally this person will also have a background in maintenance and professional services portfolio management. Indirect (business partner / channel) experience is a plus.
