Description
Develop and implement effective strategies to lead PGD to a position of market dominance. This position will be responsible for:
1. Leading the Fleet Performance Diagnostic Center (FPDC) shift teams, executing production and production assurance processes, standards, protocols, methods and applications that are fundamental for achieving operational excellence in reliability and compliance.
2. Talent management of teams to achieve a flexible, focused and fully engaged team.
3. Lead technology breakthrough to improve fleet performance and the organizations effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Engineering and five (5) plus years of relevant experience or eight (8) plus years of equivalent/relevant experience.
