Job Summary:

Provides Talent Management/Organizational Effectiveness (TM/OE) process support for the organization as a member of the Talent Management team in Human Resources (HR).  Serves as a process and subject matter expert of one or more TM/OE processes, encompassing continuous improvement, implementation, and communication/training.  Provides expertise to HR partners on best practices and measurement of Talent Management processes such as workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, leadership development, employee surveys, succession planning and learning programs.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities:

* Implement, measure, and improve assigned TM processes and systems.
* Consult with HR partners on the status of current processes and discuss/define additional needs.
* Design communication, training and documentation in support of assigned TM processes and systems.
* Work with TM team in support of all processes and systems.
* Conduct benchmarking studies, apply best practices, and perform statistical research as needed.
* Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Masters degree from an accredited institution required in Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Development, Business Administration, or related major field of study
* 3 or more years of experience required in HR including experience specifically in Workforce Planning, Selection and Assessment, Performance Management, Succession Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or Talent Development

Equivalent Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree from an accredited institution required in Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Development, Business Administration, or related major field of study
* 5 or more years of non-supervisory experience required in HR - specifically in Workforce Planning, Selection and Assessment, Performance Management, Succession Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or Talent Development

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to meeting the above qualifications, any of the following are preferred:

* PhD from an accredited institution in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (I/O), Organizational Behavior/Development, or Business Administration/Management
* Experience successfully implementing and executing associated communication/training of TM/OE process(es) in large, complex organizations
* Experience with Talent Management/Organizational Effectiveness (TM/OE) information technology tools/systems
* Professional/Senior Professional in HR (PHR/SPHR)

Knowledge and Skills:

* Consultation skills - ability to work with internal clients and understand their needs
* Project management skills such as creating plans at the proper level of detail and ensuring progress through completion
* Ability to prioritize work effectively under competing demands
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to craft highly practical and realistic solutions
* Ability to be flexible and manage through ambiguity
* Knowledge of Leadership Development/Organizational Development concepts, best practices, and their application

* 5% travel required.
* The applicant selected for this position may be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test.  Passing results must be received prior to start date in new position.
