The Associate Director, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) Marketing is a key member of the CLL Global Disease Team who will make significant contributions to the development of the CLL portfolio global strategy and prepare for initial global CLL launch.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Contribute to the development of the CLL strategic marketing plan, collaborating with regional marketing leads to ensure plan reflects global perspective
* Partner with Market Research and Business Intelligence to help answer key strategic business questions
* Obtain KOL/external stakeholder perspective on strategic business questions through advisory boards and congress interactions
* Lead development of GDT Message Platform and accompanying Global Marketing messages for CLL
* Partner with Global Medical Affairs and Market Access colleagues to create compelling disease education platform addressing current unmet needs in CLL
* Provide appropriate input into publication planning, IIT, KOL and medical education initiatives managed by Global Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications
* Develop and manage CLL marketing budget
* Provide marketing assumptions for CLL product forecasts to support annual portfolio review and business development activities
Skills/Knowledge Required:
* Successful candidate should have at least 8-10 years industry experience with 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably with at least 2 years of oncology experience. Hematology and/or Global Marketing experience strongly desirable
* Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.
* Experience in delivering complex messages to various internal and external customers with a track record of effective and influential presentations.
* Strong project/process management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
* Proven team player, particularly working with Clinical/R&D with ability to navigate cross functionally
* Proven track record of success in an In-Line and/or Global Marketing role
* Ability to demonstrate Celgene Corporate Values through passion for the patient, courage to face our challenges and the unknown, trust in our words and our actions and excellence in delivering exceptional results
