Listen attentively to each customers needs to determine the best solution that will address their need(s). br/ - Ensure that mygofer sup TM /sup Store Associates are able/know how to leverage all available resources to facilitate customer solutions through tools/processes. br/ - Follow proper exit procedures: explain all warranties and options to customers, thank them and display appreciation for their business. Ensure all mygofer sup TM /sup Store Associates are following these exit procedures. br/ - Demonstrate flexibility to work a varied schedule as required by Store needs. br/ - Spend 25% of time in leading/managing others and 75% of time working directly with customers. br/ - Complete required training in the expected timeframe and participate in ongoing learning opportunities. br/ br/ b LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS /b br/ 1) b Customer Focused: /b br/ - Treat all customers with respect and dignity. br/ - Work to provide efficient service to customers, both internal and external.
