mygofer tm, a member of the Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) family of companies, is a retailing concept that combines the convenience and assortment of online stores with the immediacy and value prices of discount retailers. mygofertm will leverage technology and customer dialogue to consistently deliver a fast, simple and personalized experience creating a compelling value as we seek to become the most trusted retailer in the communities we serve. br/ br/ b CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS /b  br/ - Support the mygofer sup TM /sup Store Manager in developing a high performance team by assisting in scheduling and supervision of mygofer sup TM /sup Store Associates. br/ - Enhance the customer experience by providing proactive support for customers and associates, by ensuring prompt and courteous assistance to customers at Merchandise Pickup. br/ - Lead by example to provide superior customer service. br/ - Demonstrate a high level of energy on the phone or in person. Listen attentively to each customers needs to determine the best solution that will address their need(s).  br/ - Ensure that mygofer sup TM /sup Store Associates are able/know how to leverage all available resources to facilitate customer solutions through tools/processes. br/ - Follow proper exit procedures: explain all warranties and options to customers, thank them and display appreciation for their business. Ensure all mygofer sup TM /sup Store Associates are following these exit procedures. br/ - Demonstrate flexibility to work a varied schedule as required by Store needs. br/ - Spend 25% of time in leading/managing others and 75% of time working directly with customers. br/ - Complete required training in the expected timeframe and participate in ongoing learning opportunities. br/ br/ b LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS /b br/ 1) b Customer Focused: /b br/ - Treat all customers with respect and dignity.  br/ - Work to provide efficient service to customers, both internal and external.
