The Associate Director, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Marketing is a key member of the Global Marketing team who will make significant contributions to the development of commercial marketing plans for NSCLC products in the pre-clinical, clinical, pre-market, and early lifecycle stages of development.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Support the commercial optimization of our assets in NSCLC as key contributor in the development of strategic marketing plans.
* Develop global strategy, positioning, messaging and brand imagery in collaboration with regional marketing leads.
* Partner with regional marketing leads to ensure NSCLC asset value is fully realized globally for Celgene.
* Complete assigned market opportunity assessments in the NSCLC market
* Initiate relevant Market Research projects to inform strategic brand plans, and KPI tracking.
* Partner with business intelligence to ensure Celgene proactively outwits the competition.
* Develop partnerships with key external stakeholders/KOLs in the NSCLC market.
* Partners with Global Medical Affairs on publication planning, IIT, KOL and Med Education strategies.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
* Successful candidate should have at least 8-10 years industry experience with 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably with at least 2 years of oncology experience. Hematology and/or Global Marketing experience strongly desirable.
* Experience in delivering complex messages to various internal and external customers with a track record of effective and influential presentations.
* Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.
* Strong project/process management skills combined with managing multiple tasks/effective prioritization.
* Proven team player, particularly working with Clinical/R&D with ability to navigate cross functionally.
* Proven track record of success in an In-Line and/or Global Marketing role.
