Description
DuPont Air Products NanoMaterials, a 50:50 joint venture between DuPont and Air Products, is currently recruiting for a full time Technical Program Manager at the Tempe, AZ site. This position resides within the joint venture, part of the DuPont Electronic Technologies Business.
The successful candidate will have global responsibility for all aspects of copper and barrier slurry product portfolio and possess an in-depth understanding of the Cu and Barrier CMP polish process.
Responsibilities may include:
* Use rigorous DOE methodology (in Minitab) to design experiments and analyze data.
* Lead IPD projects either as technical team representative or as project lead.
* Develop IP strategy at project level by drafting patent specs and working with liaison to generate patents.
* Prepare and submit technical papers to external conferences.
* Prepare applications, technical reports, presentations and communicates these to customers.
* Fulfill technical organization responsibilities to process change board; internal audit team.
* Acknowledged as an authority within the research organization based on extensive years of experience and formal education (e.g., PhD), including demonstrated knowledge/use of Six Sigma methodology.
* Travel is required at times.
Qualifications
* PhD preferred degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or material science.
* At least 5 years experience with copper and barrier CMP polish processes.
The following skills are not required, but would be beneficial:
* Experience with chemical formulations.
* Hands-on lab experience.
