Description
The Cashier is responsible for processing all sales invoices through the Route Accounting system in order to ensure proper sales bookings to the General Ledger and Sales systems.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect settlement packets from drivers; collect and record all payments received; review and verify all invoices have been included as listed on sales report; organize all paperwork including invoices in numerical order; identify and record problems for driver supervisor to review.
2. Prepare bank deposits and other necessary paperwork.
3. Assist accounting department with data entry.
4. Assist with office clerical duties including light cleaning.
5. Perform light merchandising of product.
6. Perform other tasks as needed and directed by supervisor.

* High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
* 21 years of age or older
* 1 year previous cash accounting experience
* Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
* Reliable transportation
* Pass a drug test, criminal background, verifiable employment history, social security and motor vehicle report check
