This position handles all cash orders for shop at home merchandise, cash renewals and new orders for all proprietary clubs and services and specialized projects assigned by Hoffman Support Center.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Researches and verifies information on databases
Takes escalated calls and catalog verifications
Handles cash orders and deposits
Communicates in writing to customers on orders for missing information
Handles customer complaints and chargebacks via email and phone
Processes and investigates report details
Processes renewals, new orders and re-enrollment orders
Performs filing and maintains files
Fills out batch tickets to ensure proper charge of time
Handles requests by mail for Clubs and Services
