Executive Assistant

 

Inglis Foundation works with people with physical disabilities to create and provide practical solutions so they may pursue their life goals. In addition to providing long-term, residential care at Inglis House, Inglis Foundation also offers a wide range of services for people with physical disabilities living independently in the community. Inglis is seeking a full time Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for the President and Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.

 

 

Responsibilities:


       
  • Represents Inglis to the Board, consumers, community and organizations. 

  •    
  • Coordinates scheduling and communications for the CEO and Board in collaboration with Inglis’ senior leadership and their executive assistants. 

  •    
  • Works with the CEO to develop systems, processes and procedures to continually improve the quality, service and efficiency of the Executive Office.

  •    
  • Executes all essential job responsibilities with the highest level of integrity and to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and with Inglis’ administrative policies and compliance/ ethics guidelines


 

Qualifications:


       
  • Ten or more years of office administrative, supervisory or lead experience along with a minimum of two years of college level work in a business-related field or an equivalent combination to successfully perform the responsibilities listed above.

  •    
  • Experience working with a senior executive essential. Proficient working and collaborating with Board members.

  •    
  • Excellent communications, organizational and people skills

  •    
  • Mature and service oriented, demonstrating integrity and trust

  •    
  • Detailed oriented, able to work independently, juggling multiple priorities with shifting agendas
