LOCATION WILL BE IN CHARLOTTE NC
All Teacher Assistants are responsible for assisting the lead teacher in providing a warm, safe and nurturing learning experience while communicating the goals, guidelines and standards of the center. All teachers are required to comply, maintain, and enforce the rules and regulations of the North Carolina Division of Child Development.
High school diploma; NC Child Care Credential I & II. School Age teachers are required to have Basic School Age certification (BSAC). Work experience: At least two years verifiable experience in a child care center. Knowledge, skills and abilities required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to work collaboratively with staff; ability to demonstrate written and verbal communication skills; ability to demonstrate effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
