SPS-1200503 Receptionist
Description
The Receptionist is responsible for providing general reception, administrative, and clerical support for our Bay Area Office. This position performs a wide range of services including monitoring the safety, function and operation of the facility and its fixtures and equipment. This position performs clerical duties of the mailroom, including maintenance of the stock inventory.
Qualifications
Education:
High school degree or equivalent required.
* Our ideal candidate will possess 1 year business office experience, preferably within the healthcare industry and the following:
* Experience/Knowledge:
Must have knowledge and experience in the following:
* Use and purpose of basic tools
* Basic building fixture and equipment repair
* Use and operation of standard office equipment
* Purchasing, inventory, shipping and receiving functions
Skills:
* MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Excellent customer service skills, exhibiting good phone etiquette and people relations
* Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Good spelling, grammar, and writing skills
* Basic mathematical skills
* Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
