Description:

* Web services strategy development, value proposition, and pricing in key vertical segments
* Drive quick turn learning cycles by converting betas with specific goals into scalable business
* Make decisions based on a strong knowledge of trends in the consumer web services industry that affect the strategy/direction of line of services and solutions
* Make strategy changes internally and externally with partners
* Own customer insight definition, needs analysis and UI requirements
* Lead projects that involve cross-functional coordination to provide integrated services and solutions
* Improve services innovation processes
* Determine Apps and services for web connected printers
* Regularly recommend service and solution strategic direction to senior management
* Create innovative solutions to enhance sales of the product lines or line of services/solutions
* Recognized by Regions as an expert in the products/services/solutions and regularly is called on to defend the benefits in front of customers or partners
* Influence at the senior vice president and above level

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

College degree in Marketing/Business/Technical

Knowledge and Skills Required:

5-7 years in consumer web services or product marketing experience

Strong leadership and communication capabilities

Minimum 1 year work experience in a general marketing function beyond Product Marketing

Service/Solution Roadmap Orchestration

Collaborates with business planners, R&D and other stakeholders in the development of market-driven roadmaps structured to increase the profitability of the corporation

Interactive PSS Lifecycle Marketing

Plans the interactive component of the marketing mix

Pricing Knowledge Management

Captures and shares HP''s business capabilities and best practices associated with pricing and business management systems

Product Lifecycle Management

Understands and applies lifecycle methodology to accomplish work objectives

Marketing Resources

Uses HP and industry marketing resources expertly to access and apply relevant data or information in development or decision making

HP Marketing Strategy

Understands and effectively integrates HP''s strategic marketing direction with task-oriented goals and initiatives

Customer Insight Marketing

Generates and applies actionable insights to build competitive advantage

HP Marketing Partners

Understands HP''s marketing partners and their specific contribution to achieving HP''s marketing goals

Change Management

Develops methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization

Problem SolvingApproaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
