The position:
Hewlett Packard is seeking people across the United States who can provide immediate support to our current needs and also assist in transforming our supply chain IT landscape. Location is in Alpharetta, Georgia; Austin, Texas or Houston Texas. Relocation is not included.
The right individual will be a self-starter, who can translate their intellectual vision into successful strategic and tactical solutions for HP''s internal supply chain
Successful candidates will be required to provide web development expertise to a variety of business challenges for the end to end transportation lifecycle.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
Typically a technical Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 9 years or greater of demonstrable related and relevant experience
Knowledge and Skills Required:
* Over 8 years of experience in delivering solutions for SAP ERP and non-SAP applications
* Strong knowledge of data modeling and architecture, design patterns in software development, object-oriented design and development
* Experience in doing requirements analysis, designing technical solution, conducting and managing custom development, System Performance Tuning, Stress Testing, Volume Testing, Technical Reviews, dry runs and cut-over plan
* The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with both onshore and offshore resource pools
* Proven negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral; Ability to control scope and negotiate where necessary
* Advanced analytical and problem solving skills and full comprehension of systems development and implementation lifecycle
* Strong project management and verbal / written communication skills
* Ability to plan, schedule, work independently and as part of a team
Technical Skills
* Composing a business solution/application that cross technologies: ABAP, Java, Workflow, Adobe Interactive Form, Universal Worklist, Web Services, and Portal
* Web Dynpro (ABAP and Java), HCM Development, and Workflow Integration
* SAP ECC, NetweaverTM 8.00, PI, MDM
* Implementing (configuration and customization) SAP HR ESS/MSS
* SAP NetWeaver/Enterprise Portal Configuration and Development
* Developing Remote Function Modules (RFM), SAP Adobe Form, Web Service, BAdI, ABAP user exits, SAP (JSP) DynPage, Adobe Flex, Java Connectivity Architecture (JCA), SAP Business Server Pages (BSP), and SAP (Integrated) Internet Transaction Service (ITS)
* Developing in NetWeaver Development Infrastructure (NWDI)
* Development and design experience with Oracle or relational database including some PL/SQL experience
Customizing and developing SAP Smartforms
