The position of Display Media Specialist is an opportunity for the right individual to have a key impact on a major internet brand and distributor of digital content.

Audible, Inc., an Amazon Company, is seeking an analytic and highly motivated individual to join our customer acquisition team. You will devise and execute a strategy to grow membership and an engaged subscriber base by working with all aspects of online marketing, but specifically responsible for display media, podcasting, Facebook, online video, etc. You will also be responsible for the management and oversight of our ad serving platform, Mediaplex. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to learn and assist on multiple aspects of our online acquisition channels, such as search, mobile, social, and affiliate. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with an ability to learn new skills quickly. 1-3 years prior marketing experience is desired, but not a necessary prerequisite. Key Accountabilities:

* Manage acquisition marketing initiatives from ideation stage through launch to drive membership growth via display media, podcasting, online video, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

* Drive strategic management and optimization of display media campaigns and other online media
* Build and maintain reports to analyze performance of marketing campaigns making recommendations for improvements.
* Act as the primary point-of-contact for external agencies and vendors to ensure achievement of annual goals and efficiency metrics.
* Desire and willingness to test, embrace and encourage new technologies, product offerings and marketing channels
* Develop multivariate tests to maximize site conversion for membership

* Partner with internal groups as well as lead external agencies to plan, develop, execute, and analyze online traffic driving opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

Skills/Experience Requirements:

* Execution and knowledge of a wide variety of online marketing and pay for performance campaigns across channels including display, SEM, affiliate, or mobile
* Perform marketing campaign analysis to identify most efficient channels and segments based on quality of customers acquired

* Experience with ad serving tools and platforms like Mediaplex, DoubleClick, Atlas desired
* Passionately analytical, with outstanding verbal, written communication and presentation skills
* Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management / prioritization skills
* Experience with web analytics tools such as Omniture desired

* Bachelors Degree required; Masters preferred
* Proven ability to handle multiple projects, and deliver results
* Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

* Masters Degree Preferred
