Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing world class payroll and cashier services. This position will work closely with functional areas at Regional Business Units, Human Resources Business Partners and Customer Solutions.

Position Responsibilities

1. Calculation of time and attendance for the production of Payroll into ADP PayForce.
2. Special processes to include preparing off-cycle requests, void or reversal requests, and possible special reporting requests for the region are adhered to and documented.
3. Will ensure internal and external audit requirements on these processes are being met.
4. Assist the delivery drivers with invoices, reports, and cash accounting.
5. Administratively support the office personnel and drivers.
6. Count/collect money from drivers and balance.
7. Answer phones and take orders.
8. Filing, faxing, copying and other office duties as needed.
9. Run various tracking and informational reports.
10. Monitor route trucks and count as they return.
11. Learn routing processes and other responsibilities as needed for coverage.
12. Confidentiality of data is the cornerstone of this position. Individual must be able to meet demanding schedules, striving for accuracy in the both functions.
13. Maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications

Qualifications

* High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
* 3 years of evaluation and/payroll experience
* 18 years of age or older
* Lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly
* Pass a drug test, criminal background, verifiable employment verification, social security, and motor vehicle record check
