QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information System Decision Sciences, Computer Science, Business or related field required. Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
Must have a minimum of five years professional experience in information technology with at least 3 years experience in the delivery of technology based solutions to business problems. Business systems analysis required.
Experience with automated sales performance, sales compensation and variable compensation systems in a systems development, configuration, implementation and support capacity preferred.
Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales methodologies, and supporting systems.
Advanced understanding of integrating and interfacing systems.
Experience in functional software testing and quality assurance is required (includes development of test strategies, planning and management).
Experience in systems analysis, business analysis and/or systems implementation required.
Strong SQL programming experience required.
High degree of analytical ability to analyze project objectives and develop requirements.
Proven problem solving and analytical skills required.
Experience with relative PC Software, MS tools including MS Office products (Excel, Access, Project, Visio), and reporting tools, such as Crystal or Business Objects is required.
Demonstrated communication skills to exchange information and resolve problems with clients in an effective and courteous manner either by email, phone or in person.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for functional development, documentation, configuration and maintenance of the EIM system. Develop and document requirements for special projects in collaboration with subject matter experts. Configure commission plans in EIM system. Support promotion to production activities.
Responsible for support, maintenance, problem resolution and change control processes for all financial systems, including integrated applications.
Design and develop test cases / scripts and document testing results for functionality associated with system maintenance, enhancements and upgrades. Provide functional quality assurance development and testing for new functionality.
Responsible for the analysis of business requirements associated with security access. Translates business requirements into security requirements and works with IT Security to design functional roles and permissions for EIM production.
This position reports to the Director, Financial Systems.
This position is a grade 15. The minimum starting salary is $4,934.17/mo.
