Job Summary
At Morrow Cold Storage, a division of ConAgra Foods-Lamb Weston, perform all phases of cold storage warehouse work. Shipping, receiving both case and bulk storage. This position is 60% forklift driving and 40% floor work (stacking, banding, palletizing and clean-up). Morrow Cold Storage is a large public storage environment which is temperature controlled between 0 and -5 degrees in the freezer.
Position Responsibilities
* Perform all phases of cold storage warehouse work, i.e. Shipping, receiving both case and bulk storage using appropriate type of forklift.
* Ability to work 40 hoursper week, with occasional overtime.
* Position requires some manual labor - stacking, racking, banding, clean-up, etc.
Position Qualifications
* Ability to read and understand detailed instructions written in English, as well as communicate verbally in English.
* Ability to work well with others - good communication skills.
* Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
* Ability to estimate angles and dimensions for loading and unloading.
* Ability to follow safety procedures/policies.
* Ability to maneuver heavy objects.
* Good attendance record.
* HS Diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to pass post-offer, pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
