Time Warner Cable currently seeks a Director, Residential Finance-Customer Ops & Administration for our Midwest Market Finance Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

The location of this position is flexible and open to locations within the Midwest Market.

Job Function:
The Director of Payment Services will be responsible for managing the residential and commercial credit and collections functions for the Midwest Market.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the hiring, training, development and disciplining of Payment Services department employees.
Standardize and maintain the collection schemes across the Region.
Develop and maintain best practices for the collection processes across the Market.
Coordinate the utilization and monitoring of collection agencies and outsourcers.
Develop reporting and tracking of metrics for daily collections activities including inbound and outbound phone calls, soft disconnects, non pay disconnects, payments processed, accounts receivable aging, and field collections activity.
Develop, implement, and track annual collections goals and objectives consistent with the overall Regional financial plan.
Develop departmental budget including all costs related to collections activities.
Manage interdepartmental issues to optimize efficiencies.
Evaluate and review department commission structures and recommend changes as needed.
Monitor collections calls and payment arrangements for compliance with company policy.
Insure escalated customer complaints are resolved.

Requirements:
Seven to 10 years of management experience with significant emphasis in collections
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills
Ability to deal with various levels of management.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to prepare and analyze operational and financial reports.
Bachelors degree in Finance/Management discipline.
