Description
Gather and organize information using available sources eg Nielsen, etc in order to understand our ALB brand performance with the customer
Develop KBIs that provide specific detail around performance trends
Lead role in understanding TBT business performance in order to prioritize initiatives and if necessary, create contingency plans. Inform the TBT and the commercialization team of recommendations
Evaluate new technologies eg software, data sources in order to improve and expand ALB brand insights or customer knowledge
Understand OBPPC plans in order to measure ALB performance against plan
Function Specific Activities:
Gather and organize information using industry sources (e.g., Neilsen,
CREST, Industry Publications, Internet, etc.) in order to understand
the customer''s sales trends, strengths and weaknesses, and competitive
environment.
Develop and execute solutions with customer account manager (e.g.,
National Account Executive, Business Development Manager) in order to
meet locally identified customer needs.
Develop KBIs for area of responsibility based on overall strategic
direction set by higher level manager.
Manage and coordinate the ongoing communication maintenance and
monitoring of standard data (e.g. volume share) and performance
measures.
Communicate (written or verbal) business performance against KBIs in
order to inform clients on business performance or consider alternate
solutions to meet business unit commitments.
Develop and/or improve standardized templates and information
processes to promote data reporting consistency.
Run monthly volume reports using value system in order to track and
monitor volume performance.
Provide consultation and assistance to internal business clients for
the creation of client business plans.
Integrate relevant business information from Marketing. Finance
operations in ways that provide business insights previously not
available.
Review inputs to verify that data entered is complete and accurate.
Education:Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent work experience

Technical Skills:
Business Planning / Rolling Estimate Process: Knowledge of business
planning and rolling estimate processes and procedures. This includes
applying forecasting techniques and skills to develop and evaluate
business goals and strategies, analyzing information to derive insights
and implications to initiate planning and/or re-planning, and
controlling actual results versus budget.
Comparative Financial Analysis. The ability to understand and analyze
financial data (e.g., validity of balance sheet account balance, P&L
variance, volume trends, returns on investments). This includes
understanding the relationships among various data. This also includes
plan vs. actuals, volume and rate variance analysis, RE/ABP development
and/or reporting, expenses, etc. to support decision-making.
Computer Capability: Ability to use information tools (i.e., Coca-Cola
Connection, Sales Force Tool Kit, VALUE, Nielsen, MIS, CCT Plus, LARS)
to obtain the needed information to evaluate performance and access
relevant data.
Data Validation: Knowledge of and ability to understand and resolve
data inconsistencies or variances.
Forecasting: Ability to identify and understand patterns and
interconnectivity of relevant data (i.e., customers, consumer trends,
marketplace information, economic information, industry trends, future
business trends, soft drink and other industry information) in order to
predict business performance and market trends for a customer portfolio
or a specific geographic territory.
Project Management: Ability to use appropriate tools and techniques to
plan secure resources for manage assist and ensure the progress and
ultimate completion of designated projects; effectively manage time and
resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
Consumer Focus: Demonstrating understanding of how one''s actions
and/or work impact the Company''s relationship with consumers.
