Under direct supervision, this position will administer specific components of our HR management systems. Responsibilities will include table setup and maintenance, end-user support and training, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.
• Provide HR functional end-user support, such as performing data corrections, generating ad hoc reports and processing pre-defined routine reports.
• Maintain HRMS foundation tables.
• Work with HRMS Analysts to execute user acceptance testing of system functionality during upgrades, implementations and routine updates.
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve Help Desk tickets.
• Perform predefined data audits to ensure data integrity.
• Work with HRMS Analysts on special projects as required.
• Serve as HRMS liaison to location end-users providing knowledge transfer of HR systems processes and procedures.
• Perform routine data entry as required.
• Conduct end-user training classes and maintain end-user documentation.
• Assume responsibility for data integrity and knowledge transfer.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a business related field of study or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, Benefits, Pension, Recruiting or Compensation
• 1 to 2 years of progressive experience using an HRMS
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
• Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
Preferred Qualifications
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with SAP HR Management System
Conditions/Criteria
• Position is in busy, non-smoking office located in Phoenix, AZ
• Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk
• Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 10 pounds
