The essential duties of the job are to:
• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliances for hazards
• Follow proper procedures, using any required chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to:
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
- Strip, clean and polish building floors
- Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors
- Gather and empty trash
• Request needed supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance
