Description
Inglis House, which provides long-term, residential care for nearly 300 people with physical disabilities, is seeking an RN floor supervisor for its Special Weekend Program. Inglis House is part of the Inglis organization which works with people with physical disabilities to create and provide practical solutions so they may pursue their life goals.
This member of the Inglis Nursing Administration team directs and coordinates the work of a unit nursing staff to insure effective use of personnel to perform required resident care. Offers nursing care when particular expertise is needed.
Applicant must be able to work two 12-hour (7 AM to 7:30 PM) shifts every weekend. Position offers competitive salary, part time benefits and vacation.
Requirements
Current RN license in PA
Minimum one (1) year medical/surgical or long term care experience
Effective organizational and people skills
Supervisory experience preferred
