Description
Inglis works with people with physical disabilities to create and provide practical solutions so they may pursue their life goals. Inglis House, which provides long-term, residential care for nearly 300 people with physical disabilities, is seeking a full time RN floor supervisor for the 3-11 PM shift.
This member of the Inglis Nursing Administration team directs and coordinates the work of a unit nursing staff to insure effective use of personnel to perform required resident care. Offers nursing care when particular expertise is needed.
Applicant must be able to work the 3 PM to 11 PM shift. Position offers competitive salary, part time benefits and vacation.
Requirements
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
Current RN license in PA
Minimum 3-5 years experience in hospital, long term care facility or other related healthcare facility
Effective organizational and people skills
Supervisory experience preferred
