Description
This position is accountable for supporting the care management processes, medical action planning, network management, regional sales and account management for a specific region. They will be responsible for collaborating with the regional contracting and provider relations teams to optimize network performance for quality and appropriate utilization and achievement of total medical cost goals. In addition, they will support growth and persistency through strategic collaboration with Market Leaders, Sales, and Account Management to achieve Regional/Market Segment Sales goals.
Qualifications
1. Board certified physician with ABMS approved specialty required
2. 5 years of clinical practice experience required
3. Current unrestricted medical license required
4. Medical management leadership experience required, to include experience with network, quality, and sales/account management
5. Demonstrated strong people management, process management, analytical, leadership, interpersonal skills, results focused, teamwork and communication skills required
