Job Description and Requirements
Managing Directors develop new business, collaborate across D&P service lines, provide thought leadership, nurture client relationships, mentor staff, and lead engagement teams to perform a variety of assignments.
Responsibilities:
* Identification of value-maximizing business strategies
* Financial projections and financial models to support strategy evaluation
* Manage in a collaborative style, facilitate meetings, and understand multiple points of view to achieve business objectives
* Build trust and create values through negotiating with clients
* Valuations to assist management with merger & acquisition, joint venture, capital-raising, and divestiture strategies
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to generate significant revenue from a broad base of clients
* Minimum 10 years of experience in related work experience
* Preference given to individuals with CFO experience, public accounting or consulting firm
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting; MBA preferred
* Strong business improvement skills, particularly related to the finance function
* Experience working with companies undergoing financial stress strongly preferred
* Excellent project management and presentation skills, including superior verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional analytical, research, and quantitative skills
* Proven record as a strong and inclusive leader with documented team building skills
* Highly energetic and a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment
* CPA Certification is highly desirable
