Description

Talent and Organization Capability (T&OC) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for the Sr. Director of the Management Excellence Team (MET). In addition, this position will provide support for both the Employment Capability Team (ECT) and the People Insight Team (PI), and significantly contribute to the T&OC Admin team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to hone administrative skills while working for a highly regarded organization.

Primary responsibilities include:
Office management for Sr. Director, including intensive calendar management, travel planning and expense report administration
Team meeting rhythm, scheduling and event coordination
Team collaboration support, including SharePoint workspace and distribution list management
Headcount management, including Headtrax transactions and all new-employee set up for full-time, contingent and vendor staff
Management and procurement of goods and services including IT equipment/assets, facilities requests and office supplies
Budget management for people related expenses
Space management in partnership with the designated T&OC Space Manager

Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative experience in a fast paced environment
Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem solving and decision making, organization and time management, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and good judgment
Able to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization - administrative professional colleagues, team employees, company executives, etc.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, calmly and confidently, with a can do attitude
Ability to balance delivery of on-going priorities with unanticipated, time sensitive tasks
Desire to understand and contribute to broad challenges as well as details
Passion for technology and demonstrated experience with Microsoft products including but not limited to the Office suite of tools
Prior experience using Microsoft internal HR systems, tools, and data analysis skills are a plus
BA/BS degree preferred
