Description

The Offer Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue and customer retention through the development and execution of offers within the Shop Your Way Rewards program. The Offer Development Manager leads the development of offers and marketing strategies by understanding customer buying habits, working with assigned business units to identify opportunities, Marketing Finance to model offers and Enterprise Analytics on post offer analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and executes offers for assigned area of responsibility that achieve established goals and objectives.
Works with marketing planning, merchants, and vendors to understand their business objective and identify opportunities
Develops offer strategies by working with Marketing Finance team and Enterprise Analytics to identify offers that maximize revenue and customer retention.
Presents offer strategy and results to senior management
Analyzes offer results and adapts offer strategy as appropriate
Manages assigned budget to ensure it maximizes revenue goal.
Partners with Shop Your Way Rewards marketing experts to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
Acts as a change agent by demonstrating the value of 1:1 customer marketing through the development of test and learn strategies leveraging the Shop Your Way Reward program.
REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS in Business or Marketing, or its equivalent experience, is required; MBA is preferred
3-7 years in offer development, marketing planning/modeling, partner development or consulting; loyalty/reward program experience preferred.
Strategic thinker that develops strategies to achieve goals and objectives adapts strategy to changing conditions.
Analytical with the ability to synthesizes complex or diverse information, collects and researches data, uses intuition and experience to complement data
Strong decision making and problem solving skills required based on financial and statistical results
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Ability to succeed in a matrix environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills, experience presenting to large audiences a plus
Excellent PC skills (modeling, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word)
