Summary Attends Hancock Universitys Management Associate Program for training as Financial Services Associate by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Attends classes and receives instruction from Hancock University in the duties of a Financial Services Associate
Participates in all departmental rotations and completed any on-the-job training assignments required.
Participates in Retail Branch experiences and acts as a Financial Services Associate under progressively less guidance from branch associates
Successfully completed Bank Simulation Exercise
Demonstrates product knowledge through classroom presentations to group
Secondary Duties
Obtains license to sell annuities
Participates in community activities

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

The incumbent must have licensure to sell annuities to perform this job.
Other Skills and Abilities Ability to learn or knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access; Ability to learn or knowledge of Outlook email program.
