Description

Responsibilities:

* Participation in the evaluation of various prospect development options
* Well analysis, detailed well completion design, participation in operability reviews, identification & procurement of equipment & services
* Preparation of completion procedures & offshore engineering support of completion operations
* Early design work with the subsurface teams can include the evaluation & development of new or novel technologies, identification of risks & uncertainties, feasibility & completion concept selection
* Developing CTRs & work plans & delivering installed well completions that meet functional requirements, are reliable & are completed within the budget & schedule commitments
* Work will be done in a customer focused, team environment requiring the ability to work effectively with others
* Champion for the Deliver the Limit (DTL) Completion Process & for the execution of DTL on the wells that are being completed

Requirements:

* Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
* Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering
* Significant experience in the budgeting, design & completion of producing/injector wells and the fundamental knowledge of offshore rig operations
* Successful candidate will have a range of experiences working in the field, participating in full life cycle and completions experience in Subsea Wells
* Proficiency in well analysis tools, such as, WellCat, Prosper or WEPHS/HORVIP along with sand control & fracturing packing technology
* Experience with well systems in the office environment is desirable
* Successful candidate will have proven broad experiences with a perspective and a systems approach with leadership skills to influence others while using good technical judgment in a senior technical role
* Experience in Well Modeling and Reservoir Performance
* Significant experience working with investors and 3rd party vendors
* Openness to offshore and/or international travel
