Participate in the successful implementation of the SAP HR module for PepsiCo.
Responsible for a high quality system design, configuration and delivery of the system. Work collaboratively with all facets of the project including functional HR Subject Matter Experts, implementation partner and BPO provider.
? Lead the effort to define and implement SAP HCM for the HR processes specifically assigned
? Work collaboratively with other project team members to complete deliverables.
o Identify and document project risks and issues. Escalate issues and risks in appropriate timeframes.
o Work to resolve project issues and mitigate project risks, when assigned.
o Manage the review and approval of deliverables for which the team member is the primary owner.
o Review and provide input to project deliverables, as assigned.
o Participate in the project Change Control process when needed.
? Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts from PepsiCo and 3rd parties to identify details and nuances of all processes and ensure all requirements are brought forward to be evaluated.
? Articulate business requirements.
o Research and discuss requirements with appropriate PepsiCo, and 3rd party subject matter experts to ensure that requirements are complete and accurate for all processes.
o Recommend changes to requirements in order to simplify and standardize across PepsiCo.
o Identify issues that prevent standardization and recommend policies or policy changes that will enable standardization
o For all processes, ensure that reporting, security, user roles, and data maintenance requirements are considered, and that requirements are identified and documented.
o Prepare for and facilitate requirements workshops
? Design business processes.
o Ensure that process designs will work effectively for PepsiCo.
o Produce user documentation of the processes so that team members can effectively follow the process.
o Ensure integration across all business processes and tools.
o Assist in assuring that SAP HR solution adheres to all PepsiCo and IT guidelines and standards (e.g. GTA, Security, SOX).
? Capture and document configuration requirements.
o Ensure that configuration requirements are articulated and documented
o Perform analysis to simplify and standardize configuration requirements for Organization Structure, Positions, Jobs and other objects as assigned.
? Prepare demonstration environment for workshops in order to demonstrate SAP functionality and proposed processes, when feasible.
? Participate in requirements discussions and documentation review to provide information about how the system can be configured, how the system will function, and how customization can be avoided.
? Lead the HR configuration of the system for Personnel Administration of SAP HCM
o Perform configuration activities in the system.
o Test the configuration results by performing unit tests.
? Perform and facilitate system, HR parallel, and user acceptance testing to ensure all requirements are thoroughly tested.
o Define and document test scenarios.
o Define and document test scripts.
o Define and identify test cases.
o Execute tests.
o Lead other users in completing user acceptance testing activities.
o Report issues and execute tests again to validate issues are resolved.
? Participate in interface design sessions and interface testing with PepsiCo internal systems and 3rd party vendors as required.
? Perform Change Management assessment.
o Identify changes that will impact the PepsiCo users.
o Assess the impact of the change.
o Assist the Business Integration Lead and change management team in preparing the organization to absorb and execute the changes.
? Provide input, review and sign-off on the following areas:
o Data conversion requirements.
o Interface requirements.
o Data archiving and purging requirements.
? Support system go-live and stabilization activities after the go-live.
o Contribute to system deployment and readiness activities.
o Work with users to coach them in completing processes and activities.
o Assist in troubleshooting problems, defining and implementing solutions.
Job Requirements: Deep knowledge of HR processes is required. Experience with position management is desired.
Desire experience in performing system requirements definition, design, development, configuration, testing, roll-out and post-implementation support.
Experience with multiple full project lifecycle implementations a plus.
Hands-on experience of the implementation of SAP HR Personnel Administration is desirable along with integration experience with SAP Organization Management, Employee and Manager Self Service, Time Management, Payroll and FI/CO. Prior experience in participating in Personnel Administration conversions is desirable.
Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple levels within the organization and with 3rd party implementation partners.
Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
Effective problem solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and strong attention to detail with minimal day-to-day supervision.
Manage issues and risks successfully through the operating processes within the established governance models.
Provide a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and creativity, while working with a minimal of day-to-day supervision. The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment is necessary for success.

A minimum of 10-30% travel is required.
