This position will support the design, build and imlemnetation of the future SAP Supply Chain footprint for FLNA under the PepsiCo Enterprise initiative. The objective is to accurately portray the business requirements and design in the enterprise solution. This position will focus on Pricing, Order Management, Inventory Management or distribution.
Job Qualifications Competencies/Behaviors:
- Strong Communication, Facilitation and Training skills surrounding implementation of the solution during deployment of ERP solution,.
- Provide business analysis expertise, technical knowledge and understanding of ERP solutions, and Supply Chain knowledge to the Project One Up Team.
- Clearly articulate the Supply Chain Team?s position on integration and change management issues to the appropriate Business Process Owners, senior PepsiCo leadership and other Project One Up teams.
- Develop position papers to identify gaps and recommendations
- Strong interpersonal and influence management skills at all levels of the organization (shop floor to senior Supply Chain leadership).
- Strong evidence of effective business partnering to deliver against a complex agenda.
- Effective project management skills to be applied against complex and sometime ambiguous business agendas.

Job Requirements: Minimum requirements/Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain and SAP skills. Prefer SAP SD skills
- College degree in a rigorous discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Management)
- Project management skills a plus
- Microsoft Office skills
- Assist PepsiCo field business teams with change management activites in support of ERP solution deployment.
- Complete business process reengineering toward a common PepsiCo process.
- Conduct and participate in business process design workshops.
- Complete business scenario development to accurately reflect future state business activities in support of common PepsiCo Supply chain processes
- Complete functional designs in support of business process development.
- Experience in SAP ECC related workflow development experience. Proven? results in implementing workflow solutions to support material, customer, vendor, financial, and related master data requirements. Fully understand data, systems, and business processes within multiple functional areas. Begin developing an understanding of business processes, and use of data attributes in Legacy and SAP systems, including developing an understanding of interactions between Legacy, downstream, and SAP systems.
- Work with supply chain team members to complete system configuration and unit testing of process designs in development envirnoment and transfer set-up to production environment
- Work with technical team to identify best design for extraction, conversion and/or set-up of system data set to meet business process design requirements
- Work with other functional teams to complete full system test of business scenarios and integrated business scenarios
- Provide input to readiness and training team to identify target training audience and develop required training documentation essfully deploy ERP solution
- Ensure that the supply chain team meets all OneUp timelines and that all work products meets the standards and requirements of the project management office
- Interface with other ERP teams, business process owners, senior PepsiCo business leadership, and PBSG leadership
- Work with team lead to set team priorities
- Operate across PepsiCo North America divisions and the other OneUp teams to deliver the Business Process Transformation Enterprise vision.
