This Senior Group Manager, Worldwide Beverage Ingredient Innovation, will lead the supplier development strategy and commercialization to support the Innovation platform for world-wide sweeteners and related beverage ingredients.
Lead development of new supply chains in support of the Innovation platform.
Process owner for all financial/accounting requirements of new ingredients, including PepsiCo concentrate system.
Accountabilities ? list in priority order the main accountabilities/deliverables of the role, including key measures. These should be clearly the responsibilities of the JOB HOLDER.

Develop relationships with new suppliers and establish supply chains to support product innovation.
GP leadership role on cross functional teams across all PepsiCo Divisions, including Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to understand and deliver against the Innovation agenda. Manage all GP communications throughout commercialization phase.
Work with established division payment and reconciliation processes to implement contractual agreements.
Provide analytical expertise and lead execution of projects to continually decline the cost in purchase of sweeteners and other beverage ingredients.
35-45% domestic and international travel
Job Requirements: Strong strategic planning, financial and negotiating skills
Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills
Strong analytical skills
Capable of maintaining composure under stress
Knowledge of new business development a plus
8 -10 years experience in consumer products ? preferably in ingredients
MBA preferred
