YOU COULD QUALIFY FOR A USD750 BONUS IF HIRED!Seeking experienced field technician with appliance repair background. EPA Universal or Type 1 CFC strongly preferred but not required. Sears technicians diagnose and repair all kitchen&laundry appliances including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, garbage disposals, washers, dryers, and other equipment while providing superior service in customers homes. Sears technicians are the best equipped in the industry---you will be provided a Sears van, fuel,&laptop computer needed to do the job! In fact, typically our technicians leave in their van from their home to the first call in the morning! We have a computer-generated routing system that enables us to maximize customer satisfaction.Qualified candidates need to live in Peninsula area to be considered.To provide the proper customer focus, the In-Home Service Technician must:Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customerDemonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments Successfully complete all Technician III training elements within required timeframesMeet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals as defined by the businessProvide knowledgeable and courteous repair serviceContinuously look for methods to improve business performance and enhance the customer experienceFollow the Value Added Services Process (i.e., selling extended warranties, water filters, etc.) by effectively communicating the benefits to the customerProvide direction to a Technical Helper, as applicableAbility to receive truck stock at home if the company vehicle is retained at the technicians place of residence or other designated location.Mentor other technicians, as applicableMaintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standardsFollow the truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, organized truckAdhere to all company policies and proceduresPerform miscellaneous duties as assignedAbility to work unsupervised.A comprehensive and competitive benefit program is designed to meet the needs of our associates and their families.
