Description

Responsibilities:

* Development and implementation of the long-term building operations and maintenance plan
* Providing service provider(s) with advice on hard services standards, planning and prioritization
* Measuring and providing assurance on building performance, integrity and regulatory compliance
* Work with the site manager, liaising with the local business where appropriate, to manage expectations on building operations (business continuity, fabric standards etc), workplace management and interfaces with other on-site (technical) facilities
* Compile the long range building operations and maintenance plan for the site(s) including planned maintenance, projects, reactive maintenance and space planning including arranging building condition surveys as required
* Make arrangements with service providers(s) for the management, administration (using Planon or equivalent) and delivery of hard services to agreed service levels and budgets
* Support the implementation and development of building monitoring and/or management systems (BMS)
* Provide building operations and hard services expertise to the site team and local business
* Facilitate building-related contract board submissions, including cost estimates and execution plans
* Oversee project/specialist procurement decisions, including sub-contracting
* Monitor and provide assurance on compliance with applicable HSE and and other Shell/regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

* Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a fulltime basis for anyone other then current employer
* High school diploma
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
* Minimum 10 yrs facilities operations experience
* Minimum 10 yrs experience w/ HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
* Minimum 10 years overseeing facility buildouts and remodels
* Demonstrated proficiency with building automation systems and controls
