Description
Analyzes, designs, creates and implements databases, including access methods, device allocations, validation checks, organization and security. Designs data models, logical and physical databases, data dictionaries and schemas. Assists in systems planning, scheduling and implementation. Initiates corrective action to stay on schedule. Installs, upgrades and tests moderately complex database software. Develops and implements database recovery plans and procedures. Typically requires three to five years of experience. Disciplines: Database Design and Analysis and Data Warehousing/Data Mining.
Major Duties
CRM System - Salesforce.com
- Ensures projects are completed within committed time and budget and are integrated with other business and related projects.
- Campaign Management work with events team to develop a plan to track ROI of events to support expense management.
- Lead end user support, training and ongoing management of email marketing platform
- Develop, monitor and maintain best practices for new / existing tools and applications
- Provide metrics, reporting, and technical support
- Maintain P&P for System - conduct training and communication plan
- Tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns / deliverables. Coordinate planning and collaboration on Marketing and other projects (training, etc.)
- Manage CIEB Corporate Intranet
- Act as Corporate lead / liaison to other functional area contacts
- Serving as a liaison between Marketing and IT to align business strategies with technology solutions (CIEB CSC Tool, etc)
- Day to day maintenance (develop and manage intake tool of requests)
- Creating users records; manage usage reports and trending
- Update system to support new or existing processes
- Monitor daily data integration fall-out reports; resolve issues appropriately and timely
- Complete full data export and back up of system
- Support apex code and visualforce enhancement to align system with CIEB processes
- Help desk support for CRM integration points into CIEB systems (Outlook Edition, Office Edition, and Mobile Edition) and liaison with CIP to ensure compliance
- RBAC
- Develop and maintain functional access for Sales, Marketing, and Client Management to ensure access corresponds with CIP Policies
- Conduct quarterly review and coordinate with role owners
- Forms Management
- Work with Legal and business functions to ensure all corporate forms/application are compliant
- Content Management corporate intranet and internet site
