Job Description At the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research Inc, our mission is to discover innovative medicines that treat disease and human health. Our role:
Ensure smooth operation of ERA application and its components: Documentum 6.5, Business Process Engine, Business Process Integrator, Document Transformation Services, interface to PKI Digital Signature Component, interface to Novartis Corporate Archive and Records Management System
Work with NIBR ServiceDesk to establish and improve 1st level support
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
Participate in projects to integrate other NIBR applications into ERA system coordinate record type definitions, workflow definitions and improvements/adaption of ERA and lead technical implementation
ITIL based service management of ERA System including creation and maintenance of all related documentation and usage of tools around Service Level Agreements, Configuration Management, Release Management, Capacity Management, Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management
