Description

Directs multiple teams of business consultants involved in the evaluation of business requirements or may direct a broad range of functions in support of policy/process improvement activities in a matrix environment. Defines and consults on measurement strategies, tools, scorecards and surveys across organization. Provides services benchmarking and industry comparative analysis support. Provides measurement and cost savings support (development, reporting, validation and improvement) for service management. Ensures projects are completed within committed time and budget and are integrated with other business and related projects. Generates business consulting policies, standards and procedures. Actions have significant impact on key business objectives.
Responsibilities
Design, implement and manage the enhancement request process. Includes meeting with new and existing matrix partners to understand their requests and logging details in the enhancement/defect tool (aka The Tracker).
Design, implement and manage the enhancement prioritization process. Includes meeting with Functional Leads and the Advisory Board.
Design, implement and manage the release management and training/communication process. Includes coordination with IT and the Salesforce Production Support Team.
Perform a continuous review of all enhancements and defects identifying completeness of information and updating Status.
Solicit feedback on all processes and implement changes as appropriate.
Develop yearly Roadmap in support of projects and large enhancements.
This position works closely with the Sales and UW ASG and multiple matrix partners such as Underwriting, PG Unit, PBAB, PM, Marketing, etc.
Qualifications
5+ years within a sales environment with a thorough knowledge of the presale/proposal process.
Experienced with the salesforce.com applications or other CRMs including enhancement lifecycles.
Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent related business experience.
Project management skills with a strong understanding of sales, business process, sales applications and operations.
Strong organizational and analytical skills that result in conclusive recommendations.
Proven ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives, and gain support and buy-in.
Proficient in resource allocation models and ability to apply to application enhancements.
Demonstrated ability to influence and balance various stakeholder needs.
Experienced in driving process and culture changes that lead to effectiveness and efficiency.
Visionary and planner with ability to develop multi-year strategy and roadmap for sales applications.
Proven leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, highly matrixed environment.
Results driven and a sense of urgency with best in class approach.
Voice of the Customer driven for both internal and external customers.
