Description

Will provide software and systems engineering support to the Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM) Program Office. Duties will include supporting software design, development, test, integration and fielding of C-RAM C2 systems. Will support production and integration and ensure system software specifications are created and updated and that design changes are implemented in accordance with established procedures.

Review, analyze and provide comments to engineering change proposals, specifications, and technical requirements and provide technical support to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and technical interchange meetings for C-RAM SoS activities. Responsible for reviewing system software requirements, schedules, design documentation, and other technical materials as needed. Provide technical support for design reviews, software blocking / Capability Set analysis, and system architecture activities.

Coordinate with outside agencies (Battle Command, TRADOC, CDID, ASA(ALT), etc., as needed to ascertain and analyze emerging technologies (data, applications, support structure, Joint requirements, etc.). Will interface with Government and other contractor personnel on a daily basis and must operate in a team environment.

Experience Requirements:
Must have 10 years experience working with or supporting military C4I and software development and testing. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems (or other equivalent) desired. Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems plus have excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to handle complex assignments while working in a team environment.

Experience in DoD test processes and the Army's ABCS family of systems preferred.
