Description
LOCATION: Wahiawa, Hawaii
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for Maintenance Support to include receiving, issuing, requisitioning, turn-in, and maintaining the Class IX supplies and repair parts. Initiate and maintain PLL reports and files including the Commanders Exception Report, Non-mission Capable Report, Maintenance Request Register, and Zero Balance Report.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
1. Train new personnel in the use of the local PLL office.
2. Prepare for and support Army audit and evaluation activities, such as Command Logistic Review (CLR) and Administrative Command Inspection and Evaluation Program (CIEP).
3. Mentor Maintenance NCO on procedures relating to ordering parts and preparing proper documents.
4. Provide daily support to all customer Maintenance personnel to ensure seamless interaction with PLL.
5. Interface with the Directorate of Logistics (DoL) point and facilitate pick up and drop off equipment as required.
6. Perform the duties prescribed in the site's PLL SOP.
7. Performs other related duties as required.
Experience Requirements:
Education: Associate's degree or vocational training required.
Experience: Minimum of four years related experience required.
Must be SAME-E and PBUSE certified. Must have a minimum of three years experience with AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1 and AR 735-5. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. a minimum of 48 inches (100% of the time). Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Access) and Formflow. Must posses a valid drivers license.
Security Clearance: Applicant must be able to secure and maintain a United States Department of Defense security clearance at the Top Secret Level. As a contractor to the United States Department of Defense, applicant must be a U.S. citizen to be considered for this position.
