Supports store operations by coordinating all human resource activities, including hourly recruiting, training, and payroll processing. The Lead, Human Resources/Office is knowledgeable of HR policies and processes, and works with the store staff to ensure appropriate execution. This associate serves as a resource for associates and management on HR issues, directs associates and management to Associate Services as appropriate, and supervises a team of office assistants.
