Wind Technician III Itinerant-1000295
Description
Under direct supervision, perform regular preventative maintenance and repair activities on wind turbine generators including lubrication, alignments and torque checks. Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting activities as required. Attend regular safety meetings and follow appropriate company safety and environmental policies. Operate, maintain, and manage utility truck and tool inventory. Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance, and work at heights greater than 100 feet from the ground surface. Extensive travel may be periodically required as part of the employee's schedule.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required. Valid Driver's License required. Technical / Functional Excellence:New/Learning;Effective Written Communications:Competent;Effective Verbal Communications:Competent;Safety Policy and Practice:Competent;
